Mr. Rooter is such a reliable company! Especially Lucas, he is a fast and efficient technician. Our water pipe was frozen solid from the night before, but he got it flowing again just like that. Highly recommend their service!

I'd give 10 stars if it was an option! Had sewer in my basement during the Christmas/New Year Holiday. Contacted another company that left me with a horrible mess and did not correct the problem; they never returned my multiple calls (wish I could share their name). Mr. Rooter responded in minimal time, tech was professional, knowledgeable, kind and empathetic. Mr. Rooters Team kept me informed, they were so nice! The tech was prepared, he gave me options and updates. Best part other than fixing the issue is they cleaned up after themselves!! Thank you sooo very much ❤️👍💪😎 Highly recommend this company!
