Excellent service but they scammed me on price. They quoted $49 for service and $89 per lock. The final charge ended up being $510 (for two locks) for reasons they did not explain. I called to inquire and they won't answer my calls/hang up. I would absolutely not recommend this service for that reason.

I locked myself out of my house today and called these guys. The dispatcher who took my info was perfectly pleasant and told me a technician would get back to me shortly. The technician (Lior) called me about about ten minutes later to let me know he would be at my house in 25 minutes. He got there on time and did a great job! I'm not sure what the going rate is for getting back into your own house, but at end of the day I'm gonna pay it, and what they charged me wasn't exorbitant. What options does one really have other than breaking a window to get back inside your house (which would also cost $ to fix), or waiting hours for a cheaper locksmith to show up? If you're locked out and have stuff to do, do you really have time to "shop around"? I don't. Just wanted to call this out since some of the other reviews are complaining about price. Multi-Tech Locksmith was responsive, friendly and reliable. Hopefully I won't lock myself out again, but if I do, I'll call them!
Locked my keys in the car. They showed up pretty quick. My only complain is that they never gave me a price estimate when I called. When their staff showed up and got the key out they charger me $200. Very step price to me. Low stars for the price, actual service was good, five stars on that end.
The tech called back and showed up within an hour, not bad for a Sunday. He made a functioning key, which I appreciated. However, he charged me a LOT for his service, I was sick as a dog, so I wasn't thinking clearly. I've gotten other quotes since, they are about 50% higher than other people. He wanted to be paid in cash, and his receipt doesn't even have a business address/phone number etc on it. Also, I've taken that door off my truck several times, and so it seemed loose when I inspected it later. He never bothered to install 2 of the 3 mounting bolts (the two you can't see, conveniently) and.... dropped them in my driveway right where my tires pass through. I found them a few days later, I was lucky I didn't have a flat.
