The staff was so kind and thoughtful at my visit today. They had several emergencies this morning, which was setting all of their appointments back, including mine, and the staff handled it so well. I really appreciated the level of care!

Made an appointment the previous day. Specifically picked this urgent care due to them offering X-rays. Called us back moments after checking in, our cumulative wait time between getting back to room, before and after talking with nurse, before after talking with doctor and getting summary was like 20 min! Our total time was maybe 40 minutes with X-rays! So quick, easy, simple and informative! The doc did ask to record the discussion about his X-rays(son hurt wrist at his sport) which was new but the whole experience was way better than expected!

This is my text that I sent th family members singing their praises, regarding the exceptional experience I had with Indigo Urgent care, 27th & Bridgeport From start to finish I was on a call list at 9:30 or so. They told me they would text me when the already scheduled walk ins and appts, were completed, and if there was a cancellation. Probably around 2:30. In one of the texts there was a link to my wait time showing me how many were in line in front of me. That was sweet. (Restaurants should find a similar app, lol) I came back home and about 10:50 was asked to come back. Got there at 11:12 (Only reason I knew that was they had asked for an ETA via text) Went in, did my copay, was taken to a room followed by the assistant. Process about 3 minutes at the most. Assistant took my vitals, said PA would be in shortly. Maybe 1-2 minutes, He checked me out, talked about symptoms …while I was sitting there he had transmitted 2 RX’s to my pharmacy. Handed me my report. I think about 12:00ish Never felt rushed. Very attentive, knowledgable, and friendly. Before I left the building my pharmacy texted that they were preparing… I was home by 12:45 with my meds. I know a lot of detail. I was thoroughly impressed by the entire experience. I have never, ever had that kind of service. Anyway, my answer to your question, lol It could not have been better! Need I say more!

I made an appointment to get seen at this indigo urgent care. I arrived early and the first thing I noticed is how clean and tastefully decorated the space is. The front desk staff were friendly and checked me in promptly. My MA was absolutely amazing, making me feel welcomed, at ease and was very skilled and knowledgeable. My care between check in, triage, seeing the nurse practitioner, running tests and completion of treatment flowed seamlessly with no wait times in between. My questions were answered and plan of care was clearly explained. Both the MA and NP were very attentive and knowledgeable. I felt seen, heard and understood which made me confident in the care plan we agreed on. I would highly recommend this urgent care and would like to thank the team for all that they did for me today. My experience today was a perfect example of what excellent healthcare is; respectful, compassionate, caring. Thankyou for all that you do..

I was a walk-in. It was a long wait time (3+ hours) but the staff was super great and made sure I was seen before the facility closed for the day. That said, would recommend scheduling an appointment ahead, but good service overall.
