I had a great time with my girlfriend and her brother and sister in law. The staff were extremely friendly and the hotel was a good room. We missed a couple of things and at the end the game master explained to us what we missed which was nice because a few other escape rooms refused to tell you what the things you missed were. All in all this was a great experience and we will be back to try another room!

First time to this escape room. The place is clean, with nice decor, and the front desk attendants have excellent customer service. But, my group played the Haunted Hotel and it had a broken part upon entry. It caused us to not proceed through the game. After 3 attempts, maybe 5-10 minutes later a game facilitator walked in on us during the game to fix it. We asked if we could have more time on the clock and they declined. I understand that the games are booked back to back but I feel like we were owed some kind of credit or replay. Additionally, I'd like to add that the phone portion of this game was troublesome because none of us could understand or hear the person on the other end of the line. Additionally, when our time was up, we asked for some of the solutions and we were declined and told that management prefers you come back and try again. Kind of an expensive request! This was my 7th escape room - been to them all over the country - never had issues like this before now. Typically, the game facilitators will tell you the things you didn't figure out, if there were any. Also, never had anything break before. I'd add that the game was not relying heavily on a bunch of different styles of combination locks, which we have experienced at other escape rooms, so that was a nice change up. But, we left disappointed and with mixed feelings.

Had the best time here with a group of friends!! We did Gotham City for our first room and had so much fun that we booked another room, the wizards room, for later that day. The staff are very nice and directed us towards some of the best rooms! Highly recommend trying it out if you haven’t done an escape room!

We did the Cabin escape room. It was thrilling! The kids absolutely loved it! Be sure to bring some kind of light with you! The staff is fun, friendly and smart!

Went for my birthday and had an incredible time in the murder mystery escape room! I’ve done a few escape rooms before, but this one blew the others out of the water. The storyline was immersive, the puzzles were clever, and the atmosphere was just right—creepy, mysterious, and super fun. I’ve seen some reviews mention having to use your phone flashlight, but honestly, I thought it added to the experience. It made the whole thing feel more real, like we were truly investigating in the dark. It added a layer of suspense that fit perfectly with the theme. Also, I noticed some people complaining about being told to be gentle with the props—but to me, that’s totally reasonable. It didn’t take away from the experience at all. Everything was still interactive and engaging, and it shows they care about keeping the room in great condition for everyone. The best part? The hilarious captions from the staff while we were solving the case! It added such a fun twist and kept us laughing the whole time. It was the perfect birthday celebration. 10/10 recommend—can’t wait to go back and try another room!!!!!
