If I could give more than five stars, I would. No one wants to deal with a car accident or the endless logistics that come after, especially when the whole situation wasn’t your fault to begin with. I found Murphy’s through my insurance website and, honestly, I won’t go anywhere else from now on. From start to finish, they kept me informed, worked seamlessly with my insurance, and made the entire process as painless as something like this can be. The part that really impressed me, though, was their honesty and pride in their work. After finishing the paint, they noticed a tiny flaw (something I probably never would have seen) and they called me to say it needed one more day so they could make it right... At their own expense. That kind of integrity is rare. It speaks to professionalism, care, and a genuine commitment to doing right by people. If you want a shop that treats your car and you with respect and transparency, go to Murphy’s!
A five-star experience, start to finish! In particular, Delonte was fantastic to work with, and made sure I was kept in the loop at every stage and equipped with the necessary information on timelines, pricing, etc. His communication throughout the process was clear and professional, and the turnaround time was impressively quick. I highly recommend Delonte and the Murphy’s Auto Body team for their communication, transparency, thoroughness, and quality of service. While I hope I won't need any additional work done on my car for a while, I know where I'll be heading if I do!

And he went above and beyond to compensate me when there was a slight snag in the anticipated timeline it took to complete my repairs. All of the staff are super friendly and professional.
