Beware the “rent to own program”. Shady practices. You must purchase an instrument of greater or equal value to the one you are renting. They WILL give you a more expensive instrument on purpose if you come for a repair. They WILL NOT inform you of the price difference.
They are listed on the elementary school's list of places to rent an instrument. It is also the third store I visited and failed to get a trumpet for my now devastated child. This store cannot rent an instrument unless your smart phone is charged! Or if you have some kind of prior reservation through the internet. I was referred here from the previous two listed stores where I tried rent an instrument. Wild for a parent just trying to get their kid a trumpet.
A great place to rent instruments. The employees are so friendly and easy to work with. I even brought in my find guitar that we didn't even buy there, and they replaced a string that was broken. I highly recommend music and arts!!
I had my child's trumpet fixed, very reasonable price. Everyone I spoke to are knowledgeable. They also have weekly lessons. They do sale all kinds of musical instruments. It's clean. Lots of parking.
I needed an inexpensive, passive-pickup bass guitar to use as a backup option during my pro performances, so I stopped by Music and Arts in Glendale. I was greeted by Connor, a relatively new employee who quickly established himself as an attentive and customer-oriented sales professional. I was completely satisfied with my purchase and highly recommend Connor, manager Jim and Music and Arts.
