Disappointed is an understatement. This experience traumatised my puppy. He is a 12-month-old Cavapoo and has never been aggressive before. As soon as he saw the staff, he was so scared that he wet himself. I was told he was fine. When I later took him to another groomer, the impact of this experience became very clear. He was extremely distressed, fearful, and even bit the groomer out of panic — something he has never done before. It took two hours just to calm him down, and I couldn’t even leave him because he was so terrified. When I explained what had happened, my new groomer told me I’m not the first person to have said this. I didn’t even name the place — just the area — and she immediately knew who I meant. I am heartbroken that my puppy went through this, and now we have to work extra hard to rebuild his trust with groomers.

Our dog (Dino) hadn't been groomed while we were abroad. His fur was very misshapen and his body was dirty. He was leaving the place we visited before with a foul odor and poor grooming. We found this place through online research. They did a great job. We've already scheduled our second appointment. Thank you so much.

Superb! Bailey looks amazing after his groom. Really kind staff, clean inside and really well organised. Lots of nice bits to purchase too with all sorts of treats etc.

So impressed with the service I received at My Dear Pet. The groomers were careful to understand exactly what I wanted, and they took great care of my maltipoo, she looks amazing! (The pictures were not taken straight after but still show what a good job they did!). It is also worth noting that usually when my maltipoo comes back from the groomers she is sad and resents me for a while, but after visiting My Dear Pet she was very happy, they were obviously very gentle and kind to her.
