I've been training with Tim for over 12 months and I couldn't be happier. His small, private studio is really well equipped, making every session comfortable and focused. Tim's programs are always tailored to my needs (not just my 'wants' haha) and he adapts to my energy levels on the day. He's flexible, personable and genuinely great to work with. Highly recommend!!!

I’ve been training with Tim since November (& more recently sometimes Mel too!) and have seen such a difference in my strength and muscle tone. The sessions are short, sharp, and effective — perfect for a busy schedule. I love the variety in each workout, which keeps things interesting and challenges different muscle groups.
