Ana did my pedicure and she was amazing! Very attentive and made the experience very relaxing. I showed her a Pic of some nail art I wanted and she did exactly that! 10/10! I will definitely go back
Please dont waste your time and money to be discriminated at this salon. I went there to get a gel nailpaint done on my natural nails. I did not have any nailpaint on my nails. I told the person at the reception which service I was looking for and she said she'll look for a person. Meanwhile, I was going to get myself some water when she told me to follow her. They did not offer me water or anything the entire time I was there. The person who worked on my nails took sometime to understand what I wanted and then told me that it would cost me 25$ even though it says something else on their website. I decided to go ahead with it. The nailpaint is not a deep shade of burgundy, and the coats that the person did were transparent maroon. They also couldn't file my nails to a straight finish and did many of them lopsided. I had to ask them to make it straight. He kept building the colour up on it and the coats were uneven. To ask me to add my hand under the machine, he just pointed towards it instead of using his words. I found it very odd and uncomfortable. I asked them for some water cause I was thirsty. Once they were done thw person asked me to wash my hands in the sink across to wash off the cuticle oil. I was very disappointed in the overall experience because I did see the other customers getting better service and being checked on over and over. Im not sure if the discrimination was deliberate. But it sure did not feel good. At checkout I asked the receptionist to confirm the charges and the man who did my nails started arguing with me saying I told you before. At that point I just wanted to get out of there ASAP, so I just responded by saying im just trying to confirm the charges. I stood outside as I waited to be picked up, I saw the owner or another worker come outside and smile and nod at another customer that was leaving. This was the worst experience of my life at a nail salon.
my nails turned out so beautiful, especially the perfect, clean shape. Julia was friendly and very gentle, and the salon is nicely decorated and super clean. highly recommend everyone to come here !!!!
I normally am not comfortable with the idea of people around my feet but this was definitely a great experience! Me and the wife will absolutely be back; so relaxing and incredible service! Shout out for a job well done to Trish!!!!!
I've been coming to this salon and primarily Tiffany for over a year now. Nail or pedicure, they never disappoint. These were the nails she did for me today. Acrylic fill, and a deluxe pedicure to boot. I never know what design I want, so she made this up on this fly. Just told her I wanted green. Highly recommend this place and the technicians! So courteous and very nice atmosphere!
