Khloe is the absolute queen…she never lets me down. The pedis here are perfect for solo time or any group. They are the perfect amount of extra…love ❤️
I’m not sure how they have 4.5 stars. It’s also worth noting that when I went to leave my original review, reviews were paused by google due to a suspicious amount of high and fake reviews. I had high hopes walking into this place based on recommendations I received but I truly received the worst customer service and manicure ever. I had an appointment at 5pm and when I walked in they acted like I was an inconvenience. My pedicure was rushed, however, not the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. My manicure was absolutely awful. She didn’t take all of the gel from my previous manicure off and it was 2 incredibly light coats. After a few days, the gel started fading and turning almost an orange color. I’ve never had this happen. Because I wasn’t in town, I couldn’t go back to have it fixed. I would not recommend this place. Nail kitchen located near Costco is a much better option.
This is a beautiful nail salon where you can relax, receive excellent service, and get the quality work you deserve! I highly recommend it. They also have a bar with complimentary drinks and fantastic customer service! I was visiting the city, and my sister recommended this place, so I went in the morning with my daughters and sisters, and I loved the service so much that I went back in the afternoon with my husband to get pedicures. I highly recommend it!
So I found out about this place on Instagram and it looked amazing when I got there on Friday. It was amazing. I had an appointment. I actually reached to my appointment about 15 minutes late and my tech was still available for me. He was a little shy, but that was fine because I don’t like too much talking. I like to relax I wasn’t offered any drinks, but I sure enough asked for one. I’m a mimosa which at other nail salons are given for free, especially if I’m paying for almost $200 worth of service unfortunately here it was a six dollar charge from Mimosa. Which is fine, but why are you also charging a two dollar service fee and have the sign that says it goes to your bar but you still charging for the drinks and then I don’t know if it’s the quality of polish they have because Ethan did a great job on shaping my nails and everything but why is it the day after the wedding And my nail polish is already chipping and it’s supposed to be Gel
Extremely disappointed with follow up service. I had a pedicure and gel manicure done on October 9th for a wedding on Oct 11. My nails didn’t even make it to the wedding. I reached out this week to the staff to let them know. They offered to redo them or give me a $10 credit for my next visit. I told them a couple of times that I didn’t have time to take to come get my nails redone but also that the nails were for an event that they didn’t even make it to! and a $10 credit towards my next visit? extremely disappointed in the follow up service. I asked them to refund my nails only as my pedicure is still fine and I don’t want to take tip away from the tech, but they just stopped replying. I was hoping to resolve this without writing a negative review… but here I am. This place came highly recommended and although I had a decent day of experience, i’m extremely disappointed that my gel nails didn’t last 2 days and i am disappointed in their customer service. be cautious when coming here. I don’t think i’ll ever visit again.
