I had a mixed experience. The service itself seems great, and I understand that schedules and policies can change. However, I made an appointment and it was canceled 30 minutes before my arrival because they are not doing eyelash services after 2 p.m. I completely understand their policy, but it would be very helpful if their website appointment system reflected the actual availability. Updating the online agenda would avoid confusion and save clients time. Hopefully this can be improved in the future.
Great experience overall. The salon was clean, the staff were friendly, and my nails turned out exactly how I wanted. Neat work, good attention to detail, and worth the price. I’ll definitely be back.
I moved into the neighbourhood a few months ago and wanted a salon within walking distance - that’s when I discovered Nailed It. Since then, I’ve visited several times and each time a different technician worked on my nails. Every single one delivered exactly what I asked for, checked in to make sure I was happy and did an excellent job. They were friendly, professional and very conversational. I would absolutely recommend this salon - 10/10!
OMG! I got my nails done for Christmas here today after a while of not having my nails done, I ALWAYS go to Emma here and still had the same BEAUTIFUL result! Highly recommend this place and Emma! (My inspo pic is the first one and then the result) 😊😊💜
Why is this place my favorite? For starters, the technicians don’t ignore you and only speak amongst themselves. Miley always chats with me and she is lovely. She is super quick, and I have the nicest nails I have ever had in my life. They don’t chip. She encourages me to try different colors each time but nothing crazy and nothing out of my comfort zone. Two weeks ago she did some amazing Halloween themed nails for both my daughter and I and we are super happy with the results. I have had so many compliments . I live in the area and I’ve tried many different nail salons previously but nailed it is definitely by far my favorite
