Although I enjoyed the atmosphere & the friendliness of the staff; the attention to detail and overall skill of the nail techs was below expectations. None of my edges were filed even. My cuticles looked awful. Feet-still rough. My daughters are uneven and some don’t cover the entire nail. Ideally I want them fixed or refunded.

Went with my daughter, both checked in. Time my daughter back and told me to have a seat. Then proceeded to take 10 walk in after me back while I sat. I left and went back to Zen. I've tried NOA now 3 times and they are horrible
