I can't say enough about this little floral shop on the Northside of Madison. I met Naly about seven years ago when my father passed. She was amazing to work with. As the owner she took the time to sit with us and set up the floral arrangements for his funeral. Over the years she would arrange flowers every month and deliver them to my mother. It was moms highlight of each month. Naly's arrangements were beautiful and were different each month. On Birthday, mother's day and Christmas they were always extra special. Fast forward to this past weekend, we said goodbye to out mother. We went to see Naly and she was saddened to hear that mom had passed, we showed her the urn that was moms resting place and she said she knew exactly what to do, we left it up to her and I can't explain how I was blown away when I walked into the funeral home and saw the arrangements she had set up for us. I recommend that everyone give her little local shop a visit, and I believe you will fall in love with it as I have. Dan-O

Wow! Stunned at how beautiful the simple flower arrangement turned out for my friend in Wisconsin. I live in IL and wanted to send her a little something special. She sent me a photo when it arrived and I am so thrilled it was more beautiful than I thought it would be. This was a special and emotional gift so it meant a lot that it arrived well and she loved it! Thank you so much for the care and time you put into this bouquet. I really appreciate it.
I hosted a bridal shower in Madison this weekend, and the florals and service I received from Nalys were beyond my expectations! She was so sweet to work with, and helped me curate the florals and plan what would work best. Delivery was on time and I cannot thank you and your team enough!
I scheduled a delivery online before they were open. The website was very easy and it asked for all the pertinent details. You can pay by Credit card or Google Pay. I did not see a PayPal option. I selected and upgraded from Designer's Choice - Soft Pastels. It isn't the cheapest website but wow, you get what you pay for here. She could not stop saying how big the roses were. It was to be delivered the same day and it was delivered 5 hours later at 3 pm. (They open at 10). They were spot on professional on the delivery. You can tip as a line item or tip at the end, so be aware when you are on the website, there are two spots to tip and you can tip at the end. I got a stunning pastel bouquet in a cute matching pink pastel vase. I now can see why Naly's Floral Shop has so many five star ratings. I can't imagine you will be anything but perfectly satisfied using Naly's. I won't be going anywhere except Naly's for my floral needs in Madison. Thank you! Enjoy!!
