I brought my girlfriend to dinner today. As an Asian. I am also a chef, and I have also tried many sushi 🍣 restaurants. Personally, I think this is the best sushi restaurant in Glasgow. The portion is large and the taste is also very good. We ordered sukiyaki. The quality of the beef is very good, the soup tastes very good, the sushi fish is very fresh, and the kebabs taste great.
The bento box was good overall and the service was great. Vocaloid songs were playing in the restaurant which was a bonus.
The food here is excellent. We tried the cook station banquet which is for 2 people minimum. You can order as much meat and veg as you like to your table but are limited to 2 hours time only. Sushi you are allowed 5 (big) portions per person. They do not dissapoint! I recommend the fried sweet potato sushi. It will blow your mind. The sea bass is excellent and because you can cook it yourself the lamb and steak can be cooked perfectly to your liking. No one has to be a master chef to enjoy.
I loved the sushi here, it is absolutely delicious!! Alongside the takoyaki & the Katsu curry. Generous portion sizes. A little bit lacking in atmosphere when you go inside, no music, and a bit cold. However, the food is great so you don’t mind it too much! It was empty, and it definitely shouldn’t be with the good quality of sushi on offer there!! I’ll be back to try more on their menu 👏🏻
Easily the best Japanese food in the city center, and value for money. They provide gigantic portions which I struggled to finish, and the food tastes excellent 👌 Reminded me a lot when I was back in Japan. Atmosphere was nice and quiet, they deserve more customers but they're far out. Highly recommend you trek out to visit this place!
