By far the BEST SUSHI in the 757. Very small establishment, family owned, can be pricey. The ambiance is amazing and all the wait staff are incredible!! Staff speak Japanese and English. Call ahead to reserve seats. I will post pictures next time I go.
service was great, sushi was phenomenal and it was a wonderful atmosphere! 🍱. 12/10 would recommend and i will definitely be back!! i had 4 rolls and all were delicious!😋

The team at Nara Sushi goes above and beyond, even taking the time to write out detailed descriptions of their sauces and menu items to help guests find exactly what they’ll love. It’s clear they’re passionate about both their food and their customers. Whether you’re a local or visiting Virginia Beach, Nara Sushi is easily one of the best sushi restaurants around. Excellent food, outstanding service, and a genuine dedication to quality.
Our favorite spot for sushi in VB! Japanese run and owned. Their menu features the most well-curated sushi roll recipes around. We love pairing them with hot sake. Harumi is such a kind and sweet woman. Consider us regulars!
Fresh sushi, clean & quaint establishment, and some of the best prices I’ve come across in the last few years for sushi. Immediate seating was available but there was a steady stream of regulars coming in on a Saturday evening. Still, it remained relatively quiet, which elevated my dining experience! The menu offers a plethora of sushi rolls. We enjoyed two drinks, a yellowtail sashimi appetizer, and six rolls all for under $100! Our server was not overly warm but a gentleman who was seating and continuously circulating the room checking on customers made us feel welcome and taken care of. We did order a baked salmon roll and instead of the salmon being cooked while on the top of the roll, it was cooked separately and then placed on top. Still tasted good, but my personal preference would be a baked-on option to elevate the flavors. Nonetheless, we will be back!
