We became a customer of Nashville Computer in 2019 after a client had suffered a hacking incident, and we became concerned that we could be next. As a law firm, we’re a prime target for cyber criminals, and we knew that a serious breach could destroy our reputation with clients and ultimately tank our business. Since we brought Nashville Computer on board, they have been indispensable in protecting us from online threats and in helping our team navigate new and emerging technologies. More personally, they take the weight off my shoulders as the de facto “IT guy” in the office. No longer am I left to fend for myself as the amateur security expert, laptop issue fixer, and all around tech problem solver. That leaves me with more time to actually practice law. It is wonderful having the peace of mind that our computers have the latest technology protecting them from external threats and a team that is quick and courteous when the inevitable support questions arise. My computer crashed and I was in a horrible time crunch. I took my computer into NCI on Tuesday morning and received it back on Wednesday with a new hard drive and ram. They were able to "Clone" my drive, and my system was exactly where it was immediately before the crash. Everyone at NCI is very professional and extremely gifted at their profession.
