Storm Damage and a new roof: Storm winds caused wind damage, removing shingles. I'd remembered my neighbor getting a new roof so I asked her for the company contact. They came out the next day, gave us a fair estimate, explained differing warranty options. No pressure, demands or scheduling issues. They worked with our insurance requirements, came as scheduled and did excellent work. A couple of issues weren't right, I called and they were here the next day. Corrections complete. I'd use them again.

They understood our desire for specific, quality work done at a fair price and they delivered. They were quick to get us on the schedule and execute the work. They provided pictures with their estimate and pictures when they were done. I will use them again in the future.
I used Nashville Roofing Company (the office out of Madison, TN), to install some decorative gable brackets on the front of the house, and replace the original builder's shutters with more substantial shutters. The initial visit for the evaluation was very collaborative and friendly, with some suggestions on their part that other contractors had not made. The quote process was prompt and reasonable. We were kept in the loop as we waited for the ordered material to come in. Everything was installed in less than a day. The crew made quick work of the finishing and installing of the materials. I would use this company in the future, if I had need of the services that they provide.
Trey Palmer was wonderful during our experience getting a new roof on our 2,000 sqft home. My roof damage was quickly assessed, I was given a formal quote and was presented the quote, in person, by Trey himself. He explained everything thoroughly and was able to clearly explain why their quote beat other competitors. Our roof was installed in a timely fashion and Trey was extremely helpful dealing with insurance company. The final product was excellent and our quote was in line with the final expense. Trey even helped us aquire more money from the insurance company than they originally allocated. As a real estate agent who works with contractors on a daily basis - I am extremely satisfied with this experience and I will be recommending Nashville Roofing Company to all my future clients.
Trey and the team at Nashville Roofing Company did a great job removing THREE layers of siding from my home and installing brand new Hardie Board as well as new gutters. They worked with me and my budget. I am really impressed with the craftsmanship of the crew. Everything looks so solid and put together. Should hold up for years and years to come!
