I had a great experience with my tester, Mike. He gave clear and helpful feedback when I needed it, which really helped me feel confident during the drive. He was easy to talk to, friendly, and made the whole experience much less stressful. I felt comfortable driving with him, and his conversation made the test feel relaxed while still professional. I’d definitely recommend Mike to anyone taking their driving test!

Caleb was an amazing instructor to work with during my licensing test today. Before we were even in the car, he was patient and very kind about my nervousness. After the test, he gave me good and bad feedback very respectfully. What a great experience!

Having a camera during the test does not prevent the fact that this person Jeff who Was the instructor for my daughter was mean and intimidated her before she even took off on her test. Before my daughter even got in the car he was being mean in his tone of talking. There was no opportunity verbally to kindly ask my daughter to get familiarized with the car, and he was very mean to her as she was trying to do what he was yelling at her to do and he had the nerve to say the young lady before her didn’t drive correctly & didn’t listen to him. he told my daughter to go left and then go right so it confused her right out to the gate. Using intimidating tactics on a young female is pretty rotten because everybody knows you’re not supposed to drive stressed out, but he made sure she was stressed out before she even left the parking lot. he was even trash talking the young lady that failed her test before my daughter , before he even got in the car with her . And he was saying that she better not be like her .The fact that I called and the lady was like we have everything on camera she went the wrong way is beside the point because when you rattle somebody like that, they’re not supposed to drive stressed but what is she supposed to do if she needed to take her test. Plus I know the lady lied to me on the phone ,because I said that the young lady before my daughter didn’t pass either and looked intimidated and then the woman on the phone said she did too pass and my daughter and I know she didn’t because we saw her holding back tears and we were standing close enough outside, we could hear all seven minutes of the man saying all the way she didn’t drive correctly . We carefully were looking at the body language and the face expressions and there’s no way that young lady passed under the same horrible conditions that my daughter did go through .We could hear all the scolding that guy was doing like he did to my daughter after her test and then we saw her and it may have been her mom go to the car and we saw the young lady crying and the mother held her hugging her gently for quite a long time and that’s not the human response to passing a test . The lady that I talked to was so mean, I really believe these people that run this business need to take an anger management class and the fact that they respond back in such a cruel mean manner no accountability and they’re not changing and we had no idea all the other reviews were just the same as ours. Please do not give this business your money or time .Please do not let your teen or young adult take there test here. My daughter has been driving over a year with me in our car & she drives well. financial reasons why we waited this long to afford the difference in car insurance. Jeff told her she was too spaced out in between cars when she was driving and it’s in the drivers manual you’re supposed to be a car distance away. She was . The school zone light was not flashing for 20 m.p.h give me a break. This was a rotten situation for my daughter and I don’t recommend any young lady to come here.wow, I called & asked the name of who was the instructor & my phone was on speaker with witnesses & we all heard crystal clear, that the instructor’s name was Jeff. Coward reply back to me & zero accountability.

I went to get my drivers test done here, $90, my instructor was a man named Jeff. He was immediately rude to me, which should have been a sign. He instructed me to turn on the blinkers, which I did, but then I accidentally turned on the windshield wipers. He started to yell at me to stop touching everything, and made me very uncomfortable before we even drove off. He never gave me the time to get familiar with the car I was driving. Then he gave me extremely misleading information driving through the parking lot, and said I sped through a school zone, when I didn’t, and also I was “too far” from a car in front of me at a stop sign, I was a bit closer than a car distance away which is instructed to do in the drivers manual. I do not recommend young ladies to come here, or anyone actually. The lady at the front desk was also rude, and extremely rude to my mother after she had already taken my money. Very poor service and overpriced.

The worst experience ever! We originally signed up for another place which was permanently closed. There was a sign on their door do go to this place. We came in with intentions of being seen at the same time we were scheduled with the other place. We understood the situation after explained to us very rudely. Thankfully this place had an opening for later in the day! We took the time slot. We returned back at our driving time! Was a little early, because some people like to be prong! Was rudely told by the lady inside to come back at our time exactly. We walked back in at our time and was rudely told “I am not ready for you, I will come and get you when I’m ready.” I did not really know how to react with their poor communication skills so I just shut the door and looked at the man like wth! For some reason in my gut I felt like this was the wrong choice for us. We waited outside and another worker had walked up and asked if we were waiting for a test, I said yes we are, he than rudely told us to step to the side of the building, because we are not allowed to hear the other persons results. While this is all understandable with clear communication. However, these people are rude and there are no signs of where you should stand or not stand or if you should be early or not early explained to you. I feel like talking to people normally and using professional clear communication is a possibility. On top of everything else the car that my child drove in was junk. My child said the car shook as they drove the car. My child needless to say did not pass their test for speeding in a school zone. They said they looked at the speedometer and was going 20 miles an hour in the school zone. Apparently when they glanced at the road the speedometer may have increased a few miles over. However, they failed my child. An automatic fail for potentially a couple miles over the speed limit! With all the rudeness that went on how do O know that they were not failed on purpose. I however don’t think anyone needs to put up with their crap attitudes or their lack of professionalism. It also looks like they all just rolled out of bed and showed up to work. The younger driver mumbles and talks to hisself and says rude things out loud. He than proceeds to say oh “did I say that out loud.” I cannot believe the unprofessional business these people run. They need to be shut down.
