From the moment I walked in, the experience was absolutely amazing. I was greeted warmly, given a cozy robe, and even had a warm towel placed on my shoulders while everything was prepared — such a thoughtful, luxurious touch. Malorie truly worked her magic. She listened carefully, understood exactly what I wanted, and delivered the most beautiful color, cut, and style. I am beyond obsessed with the results. The entire experience felt elevated, relaxing, and professional from start to finish. CATHERINE!! She is amazing!! I mean LOOK!! I have always been hesitant to go lighter with my hair because I don’t want to damage it, but I trusted my friend who is also a client at the salon that they take the best care of your hair. I have never been a chatter during hair sessions but Catherine is so easy to talk to and she is so knowledgeable about caring for hair. This hair is more beautiful than I could’ve wished for!! I took all of her suggestions and I can’t wait for future visits🩷
Kaylee was exceptional. She took her time and thoroughly consulted with me before beginning any work on my hair. I received maintenance blonding, and I was completely thrilled with the results. She clearly explained the entire process beforehand and offered recommendations to help repair previous damage. She’s the only one I trust to touch my hair.
Meg was amazing on every aspect. She listened to what my daughter was looking for and took into consideration her lifestyle and athletic schedule. She took her time and explained everything step by step. She is an expert in curly hair and it shows. I was able to record everything step by step to refer back to and she gave us a guide at the end to follow. Love her professionalism and how down to earth she is. We will see her again soon!
I spent 8 hours at this salon just for a color correction. They kept testing different colors and chemicals on my hair like I was a lab experiment — and then charged me for every test! No one warned me about these extra costs. The stylist was kind, but the owner didn’t seem involved or attentive at all. I felt completely neglected. By 3 PM, I hadn’t even had breakfast or lunch, and all they gave me was a glass of water. No apology, no compensation, just a big bill and a full day wasted. I don’t recommend this place.
