sadly, first negative review ever written. had ac replaced, expensive ticket, no longer works nor will they willing to try and figure it out after their 12,000 miles or one year warranty. the ac worked for almost 20 years before i replaced it, their work didn’t last 20 months. assuming it’s not oem parts and substandard products. but i’m just to passing along a warning. i’ll find out what’s what after i have another shop look at their work. thank you for the response. the warranty isn't the issue, nor is the clarity of it. the concern is how much i spent on the repair for it to be the same issue (after the warranty, of course) and have to pay a hour of shop time to determine what the next "repair" is. nor did it appear that option was available with the nice woman that i spoke to. it felt at though it was more of a "you're SOL" end to the conversation. which is why i'll just pay SK an hour to find out what the problem is. maybe it will stay working, maybe it won't. but thank you for the offer.
Fast, friendly and fair My check engine light came on, I was stressed. They were able to squeeze me in to a full schedule for a diagnostic. It end up being a miner fix they were able to take care of me the same day. I was so relieved. And they sent me home with a Happy Holiday air freshener. It smells like my childhood Christmas and makes me so happy.
My engine light was on. I called NAC. The receptionist was very courteous and friendly. She reassured me they would take care of the problem. I was happy because she scheduled me to come in immediately. They took care my problem with the thermostat. I am grateful that the shop was so prompt to deal with the situation. Thank you Natomas Auto Care.
The front staff are so friendly, helpful, courtious, and very patient with extending all the questions that I asked about the car. They gave great detail to explaining the repairs and parts involved, the cost and when I should expect completion. The repair guys in the back were top notch efficient snd thorough in explaining what they found wrong with car and so quick in fixing it. ( front brakes, rotors, caliper piston popped out). I brought the car in at 2:30 pm Friday and they ordered and got parts that evening. My car was ready at 8:00 next morning. Very quick 🤗! I recommend this place whole heartedly!
I've been going here for almost two years now, having done just usual maintenance and have recently gone to take my miata! Got a normal oil change and had my rear brake pads and rotors done and haven't had any issues and were done for a reasonable price in comparison to taking it to a dealership but to each their own. Scheduling appointments were always straightforward, always had friendly conversations with the front desk and even had someone tell me my license plate cover was cool lol. Overall I've had no issues taking my car here and its convenient for me since its just a 5-10 minute drive as well so I'd definitely recommend.
