Always feel so relaxed here! They have so many facilities and the layout is perfect, it allows you to move through each element seamlessly. Very clean and peaceful. Great showers/change rooms with complimentary products.
A very nice bathhouse experience in the heart of Glebe Point Road. Assisted by Sabrina with warm welcome for early sunrise bathing. I love the facilities especially red light therapy and crystal reflexology with cold pail. Look forward to my next visit in other branch. Thank you Nature’s Energy Glebe team for great services and hospitality.
Everything was amazing, 10/10 experience. The space is incredibly curated, staff is extremely nice, atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. There’s a vast range of products for showers and skincare, the salt scrub was incredible. There’s red light and infrared light therapy as well as the usual steam room and sauna. Loved every corner of the bathhouse, but the best part for me was the massage. Absolutely recommend!!
I love this place!! Literally the most relaxing vibe and I like how it’s a small cosy location, with seperate sections throughout the bathhouse. Everything is very clean and never too busy. I think the showers could improve, the water temperature fluctuates especially if the next door shower is also on which is annoying. Also, we booked the last session of the day and were a little bit disappointed we were rushed in the changing room after/had no tea available after we showered. If we pay the same price as others throughout the day, the services offered should be the same. We would’ve appreciated if we could still sit down and enjoy tea and wind down after our session even though it was the last of the day.
I recently visited Nature’s Energy in Glebe and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt calm and restorative, and every detail was so thoughtfully designed to promote relaxation. The staff were attentive, kind, and genuinely caring, which made the whole experience even more special. I tried the infrared sauna and red light therapy, and both were incredible — they left my skin feeling refreshed and my mind completely at ease. Everything from the soft lighting to the gentle scent in the air created such a peaceful environment that I completely lost track of time. It’s rare to find a place that balances professionalism with such warmth and authenticity. Nature’s Energy Glebe truly delivers that perfect balance. I left feeling lighter, rejuvenated, and very grateful for the care I received. I’ll definitely be returning soon.
