Naturewell truly stands out downtown thanks to its friendly service and calm vibe. I especially enjoyed the Matcha Protein Smoothie, Chocolate Thunderbolt, and the Creamy Strawberry Coconut—each one was flavorful and perfectly blended.
Such a great juice spot for me and my kids. The customer service was outstanding and incredibly patient while my little ones took their time deciding, even offering samples to help us choose. I loved the Super Acai smoothie—it was refreshing and energizing—while my kids happily finished their chocolate banana smoothies. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients, and I’d defenitely recommend stopping by if you’re in the Downtown area.
Their cold-pressed juice has become a favorite treat for my wife and me on our local walks, especially after moving just outside Downtown, because everything from the organic ingredients to the unique turmeric and kefir shots and great service is unbeatable.
Decent açaí bowl - minor complain that some blueberries were not very fresh. I would not add peanut butter to it as itself was pretty thick and feels heavy. The avocado smoothie tasted heavy. Good when it was cold.
Upon arrival, I noticed the door was locked and the security guard let me know that the cashier was in the restroom. I waited a few minutes. When the cashier (Ms. Marlene) came, she was on the phone but apologized for the wait time. I said, "no worries" walked in, and ordered my smoothie. After ordering, Marlene told me that theres only 1 person per shift .... "if you were a regular, you would know that!" she said. I brushed it off, then asked for the price of the peanut butter cups. Marlene said, "well duuuhh, idk the price until i scan it!!" Pretty snappy and I dont appreciate that at all!! Please hire another candidate for this role. This WASNT my first time at Naturewell but it might be my last. MAYBE it was Marlene's first time seeing a black woman there, and thats why she spoke to me that way.....
