I have said it before and I will continue to repeat it…NEFCO is hands down the best electrician company that I have ever met. Their entire team are complete professionals that take pride in the work, listen to the customers and communicate continuously with every project! Regardless of which tech is assigned to our projects, each and every one of them are friendly, courteous and professional. My wife and I are always impressed with the respect they show us, our home, and our needs for each individual project. They never try to push their own agenda on us and they work with what our plan is. If something is not feasible, we trust their opinion 100% and move forward with their suggestions and recommendations. The best compliment they could get was when the city electrical inspector took time to comment on how well everything was installed and how clean and precise all of the details were on our outdoor living space. NEFCO is affordable, reliable and efficient and my wife and I give them our highest recommendation. We have used them for the outdoor space, adding garage outlets, and updating our home office. We will be using them for all of our future projects!
NEFCO Electric was just what I needed! I reached out via Thumbtack and received a response immediately (within minutes of reaching out). I was a able to schedule a repair for the next morning. The communication was, prompt + friendly and the technician was timely and very knowledgeable. I'm a new mom (days out of the hospital) so this quick turnaround was very much appreciated. I will definitely be using them in the future!
SO happy with the work they did on our new deck! Anthony was excellent - a great communicator who consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly as we needed. He and Zack drove all the way to Dayton, OH - several times and in a very short period of time - to add things as the project evolved, even staying VERY late in order to finish one particular job. They were always polite and courteous and listened to our needs, offering sound advice, and not leaving until everything was working perfectly. I am very appreciative - and would hire them again without hesitation.
I had a burning smell coming from my dryer outlet and I knew it had to be addressed ASAP. The business phone was answered on Black Friday by Chris and he scheduled a technician to come out the same day. There was a very serious problem with the outlet. It wound up burning the plug to my new dryer. Codey was the technician that came out and very professionally diagnosed my problem, quoted the repair, and replaced the necessary parts. I was very pleased with Chris, Codey, and the pricing. I also received a 3 year warranty on the repair. I would absolutely use NEFCO ELECTRIC again, and highly recommend them for electrical needs!
I have used NEFCO in two separate occasions recently and they have been absolutely fantastic! Both Briar and Anthony were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They solved our problems efficiently and cleaned up after themselves! I would use NEFCO again and will recommend them to all my family friends.
