I needed help in the startup of a new business. NerdsToGo Chicago went ABOVE and beyond anything I could ask for. They carefully listened to what I was asking for, purchased a domain, set up the domain and corresponding emails and website. They took care of all of the server settings that I have NO IDEA about. The owner got my request and called me back in a few minutes on a Saturday! Their customer service was impeccable. They listened, took care of the work, and I am up and running in under 2 hours. I reached out to NerdsToGo and worked with Stephen for several hours in cleaning up and fixing the mess I created. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me.
