Great company! It has technology software that locally gain access to your home computer to help resolve any computer issues. This saves more time and immediately addresses the issues faster. Highly recommend.
I had a wonderful experience with Nerds to Go. They addressed the problem I was having but more importantly identified what had been causing the problem so that I was able to make necessary changes so that it wouldn't happen again. They were fast, friendly and their prices are fair.
My former streaming device died, so I needed a replacement. My tech skills are somewhat lacking, so I chose Nerds to Go. Ash was extremely knowledgeable and patiently answered my numerous questions along the way. I greatly appreciated his knowledge, skills, and ability in both responding to my questions and installing the new device.
What an amazing company! I called them at like 1:30 in the afternoon, they gave me an appointment at three Ash even came early and he helped me with everything I needed.
