NerdsToGo - Richmond, VA (with offices in Ashland, VA) provided me with top-notch service in diagnosing problems with our aging laptop computers and in porting our data to new laptop computers. Our last IT Support/Computer Repair service mucked up our computers and then apparently went out of business. The NerdsToGo team worked quickly to solve the problems caused by our last service provider. James and Josh were friendly, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. Highly recommend!

I spent 2 hours this morning with other vendors attempting to get assistance with a system upgrade to a home desktop computer, all to end in nothing but frustration and fury. Josh and the whole team at NerdsToGo have been lifesavers! Having them in the background managing the tech parts of our business that aren't within my wheelhouse provides a sense of security that I didn't have when managing our tech alone.
