5 star experience from the moment I scheduled the cleaning with owner Michel Gariepy to having JP and his partner carry out the work. They were all super professional. Most importantly, the carpets and furniture look brand new! Will definitely use them again.
I requested deep cleaning of my condo apartment with particular focus on the 7 windows, hardwood floor and the bathroom. The windows were cleaned very well. The floor was meh. The bathroom wasn't cleaned at all. The cleaners were here for 4 hrs arriving at 1pm leaving approximately 4pm or a little after. I don't speak French and they didn't speak English but we would used Google translate to communicate. They did ask if they should clean the bathroom, but I got the sense that they didn't want to stay longer to clean the bathroom so I told them no even though it was part of my original request. I offered them cold beverages because today was hot and I don't have AC. I didn't appreciate that one of the male cleaners wanted to know if I smoke, drink, and party , what it is that I do to afford my apartment, and so on. This is the downside of living alone as a woman when men come to do any service at your home. Without fail, there are usually unwanted questions or comments to either hit on you or to get in your business. I prefer a professional demeanor at all times. Those questions were off-putting and made me feel slightly uncomfortable, especially since I paid over $600 cad for a service that wasn't fully completed. I wanted to give 4 stars 🌟 for the work done to my windows, which I'm grateful for, but I'm giving 3 stars 🌟 instead due to the unwanted questions. Michel, the owner of the company is wonderful! He goes above and beyond to ensure great service is provided and in the event things dont go as expected, Michel handles all concerns professionally and respectfully. I appreciate his care and concern and follow up response to customers, which is top-notch customer service. I would recommend them based on the customer service provided by Michel. I probably won't use the service again, but I am glad that my vintage windows are clean, at least.
This is the second time we used Nettoyeur de la Cité. for cleaning our ceramic tiles and grout. The floors are 21 years old and look brand new. The sevice is wonderful and the owner got on the phone with me to make sure I was pleased with the service I received before the technician left my house. That is AMAZING customer service. I highly recommend using them. We will see them again next fall for another cleaning. I am so happy with the results.
Absolutely the best service. Knowledgeable, clean, helpful and all around nice people. They removed the pet stains from our sofa chair and no more odor!!! Will most definitely use again already have my quote for their next service here. Un GROS merci!!! 100% the best!
