I had an excellent experience with New Canadian Drain & Plumbing. A huge thank you to BK Lee, who went above and beyond to help me with a difficult plumbing issue. He was incredibly genuine and polite, and even came by late in the evening after his regular hours to make sure the job was done. It is rare to find such dedicated professionals these days. Highly recommend BK Lee and the team for their outstanding service!
Samad came promptly and explained everything throughly on estimate. He did a fantastic job, very quick and left the bathroom very clean. Broke up the boxes and disassembled old toliet in 2 piece easier for us to take to curb on garbage day. No issues in repeat business , will use again.
We had to replace a leaky facet in our bathroom. As usual, New Canadian Drain and Plumbing was there to take the job. It was quick, and it was a job well done. I always appreciate the transparency when it comes to the pricing and quote so I always know what I am getting into. I want to give an extra shout out to Samad who was the plumber who did the installation. He explained everything very clearly and showed me the work once completed so I have peace of mind it was done well. Highly recommend 👌
Samad was very helpful and same day service is rare! Thank you for installing and fixing our backup in our kitchen sink. Also snake the pipe and everything is flowing like new again. I'm absolutely delighted with the impeccable service I received last week from the entire team at New Canadian Drain and Plumbing. From the moment I made the first call to the final cleanup, everything was handled with professionalism, efficiency, and meticulous attention to detail. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. It was top-notch from start to the end!! I am impressed and grateful with the customer service they have throughout the entire process, I felt supported and in good hands, especially during such a stressful situation. I really want to share my appreciation because this has been, without a doubt, the best experience I’ve ever had with any company. I was experiencing a serious emergency since sewage was backing up into my basement after I flushed the toilet upstairs… It became a disaster!! In a panic, I searched on Google and found New Canadian Drain and Plumbing. I called immediately, the secretary was kind and since then I felt relieved because they picked up my phone call right away. She told me the technician will be at my address within the hour. The drain specialist came so fast and assessed the situation, he advised me that the best way to handle it was to do a camera inspection to see exactly why the problem was happening and clear the drain. He is a very trustworthy person since he knows how to handle these types of situations, and then he proceeded to do everything he told me. All the time he kept me informed and explained everything as he worked. After, he discussed solutions with me as he discovered tree roots entered and broke my copper main drain. Given the age of the house, replacing the damaged section was the most effective long-term solution. We decided to go ahead with the work, first thing in the morning the crew was at my property!! The repair took a couple of days, as they were replacing a large drainage section. Throughout the process, the entire team was professional, hardworking, and respectful of my home. They kept the work area clean and left everything spotless when they finished. I also appreciated the supervisor who was consistently on-site, checking in to ensure everything was going smoothly. A huge thank you to the entire team for making such a stressful emergency so much easier to handle. You truly went above and beyond, and I’m incredibly grateful. I now have peace of mind knowing my drainage system is fixed properly, and I’ll definitely be reaching out again for any future plumbing needs.
