Ali and Junior did an excellent job relocating my remote for my sound system and it works again like new! I would recommend these guys for being honest, efficient and just great people overall who want to do all they can to help you with your car audio needs! 5 star service for 5 stars gentleman! New image auto sports at 415 S. Carroll St. in Dallas, Texas is the shit!!!! ALI Went above and beyond to give me the sound and this audio equipment that I was looking for in my vehicle. His customer service and genuine, caring concern for what I was wanting was impeccable, and I recommend this place to anybody who is wanting some bang in their car.. they have affordable prices, A1 equipment, as well as financing options if your money ain’t right, this could be the best Christmas gift to give a loved one..
This place messed up my car and took them 2 days to do a simple install. Wired it incorrectly and cracked my dash. Also I bought a pioneer radio dhh-w3000 from them and they put a huge gash in the screen. I want my money back!!!! It cost me more to fix than I paid.
I had an amazing experience with New Image Autosports. Ash was incredibly helpful and made sure I got exactly what I needed. He’s a very nice guy and truly went above and beyond to make the process easy and stress-free. The crew did an excellent job with a clean, low-profile installation and took great care of my car. The tools in the back were added after the installation FYI. I’ll definitely be back soon to upgrade my boat’s audio system!
