Would give zero stars if I could. This stand was delivered to our funeral home for a service and it looks horrible. We were told for two days it would be replaced and it wasn’t. Family that was literally in mourning was so disappointed that their arrangement came out that way and the florist wouldn’t replace it. Limbs are broken and it’s practically naked in most places. Very sad excuse for a stand and terrible that they would take advantage of a mourning family like this.
My wife love the bouquet I got her from New Orleans Flower Delivery. Definitely will be ordering from them for now on. Customer service was great and delivery was on time. A+++
I ordered through a national company and the order was processed locally by The New Orleans Flower Delivery. They did an exceptional job. The arrangement was beautiful and just as pictured on the national site. I was very pleased!!!
Flowers are gorgeous! However, many of the stems are short and were not in the water, laying horizontal out of the water instead of vertical in the water. I had to fix this myself. Probably because the glass container was a large square. Also, the delivery person rang the bell and left the flowers at the door. The flowers would have wilted terribly had I not been home. Generally there is some kind of pack to keep them cool temporarily, but this delivery did not have that. Since I was home it all worked out. Update… 5 days later. Flowers are still in bloom and looking great.
This is literally the most beautiful flower arrangement I’ve ever received. A loved one sent them to me for my birthday. I think I cried for about 10 minutes because it was a total surprise. They are gorgeous and smell lovely. I’m posting this almost a week after receiving them and they are still just as lovely as the day I received them. I enjoy trimming and watering them as instructed. Just perfect perfect perfect!!! 💕💕💕
