Very happy working with Next Gen. The techs are very professional and courteous. Especially Matt! He was very friendly, knowledgeable and understanding with my elderly in-laws who needed help with getting the water and drain working again. Nick is a great leader and advocates both for his clients and staff. They are especially helpful when having to involve the City of Winnipeg and coordinating work with them. Had a serious concern with my kitchen sink backing up and Matt was sent out within the hour of the call being made. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, polite and made sure his visit was efficient. He cleaned up after he completed his job.
