Day/evening Tour to Niagara with Johnny. He was awesome! Little rocky at the start..not his fault but soon everything was back on track. He was very entertaining and lots of laughing by his VIPs and looked after us all very well. The falls were incredible, and we got very wet on the boat trip. But the dinner at the Falls view restaurant soon made up for that. The tour of the lights were beautiful. The day flew by and he had us back the hotel Highly recommend this trip. Tour and tour driver was AMAZING!! Toronto traffic however was AWFUL and definitely not the driver (Gary’s) fault. Highly recommend with the boat ride, just anticipate you will get wet. Beautiful area around the falls downtown area with gorgeous parks. Gary was very thorough with his communication and directions. Anticipate 9-11 hours from Toronto for total tour time. Smaller van and group which was fun.

Great service. Gary took us to Niagara Falls and the experience was excellent. The pick up and drive to the falls was efficient. The bus itself is fine and Gary also has fun and useful information and facts to tell his passengers along the way. It’s the best no-frills option to see the Falls and allows for plenty of time to see the other amenities around the area and take lots of pictures. I will be recommending Gary and this service to friends and family travelling to Toronto and the Falls. Excellent.

Overall it was a good tour. Edmon was very knowledgable of the Niagara Falls and surrounding areas. Niagara Falls is beautiful! The boat cruise into the Falls was awesome! The lunch buffet was really good as well. The only negatives was that Edmond arrived 30 minutes late to pick up the group due to traffic. There was some miscommunication with some of the group members and they arrived late to the bus when Edmond asked us to meet back at a certain time, so we had to wait on them and this caused the remainder of the tour to be rushed. He would state points of interest, but we didnt know which ones he was speaking on. Also, guides should up date themselves when sharing trivia because we can research these things. Non of the James Bond movies were filmed in Canada. Overall we enjoyed this excursion and would choose Zoom Tours again if we visit Toronto in the future.

A Memorable Niagara Falls Experience! I had a wonderful time on the Niagara Falls boat dinner charter bus excursion booked through Booking.com and run by Zoom Tours. My hotel happened to be one the tour bus picked up from along the way - this was fantastic. I simply had to be outside of my hotel at my scheduled time. Everything was well-organized and ran smoothly for the most part. The bus was comfortable, and the overall experience was beautiful, relaxing and educational. The highlight was definitely the boat cruise — getting that close to the Falls was breathtaking! Dinner was enjoyable with great views, and it felt like a special way to take in the beauty over and across from the falls. Our tour guide, Ali, was fantastic — quite friendly and knowledgeable. His commentary added great context to the sights and made the experience even more enjoyable. You could tell he really cared about making the day special for everyone. Just a tip: be sure to arrive on time as directed. The schedule is tight, and any delays can create a time crunch for the group. I’d definitely recommend this excursion for anyone visiting the Niagara area looking for a convenient and memorable day trip!
