They properly approach your animal, making them feel safe and happy knowing they are stressed because of new faces,they make sure they explain everything you need to know, they even show you products that you need so your not lost looking for them elsewhere. Our vet is so caring and loving ❤️, truly understand,s all animals and their issues.yes they are a bit pricey but not by much.the quality of care and communication with you and your animal was worth it.so far this is the best place I've ever took my animals. Thank you all merry Christmas. My baby boy is no longer itching and his ears are doing so much better. We just love our vet,she loves animal,s and it shows.

I cannot recommend Nickel City Animal Hospital enough! The staff are incredibly kind, and have taken amazing care of our dog and two cats. I am especially appreciative of Leah and Dr. Pletscher who have worked most closely with our pets. Leah is an extraordinary rehab specialist, and is the reason our dog (who previously had knee surgery) is able to live the active life she can today. Dr. Pletscher has seen our pets for their annuals and sick visits and has provided them with exceptional care.

The whole staff is professional, kind, and compltely willing to fo the extra mile to care for my animals. Ive been taking my cats here for 12 years and will never go anywhere else. They always make sure i have a full understanding of what my cats need and why and are willing to work with me on treatment plans. They genuinly care about my cats and show it always.
