I hired the Nicki Rouge Bridal team for myself, my bridesmaids, and my flower girl for my wedding. Tequila and Beshara did a great job on our hair and makeup! We had a very early start to the day and the team was able to get us ready on time. It was incredibly helpful to schedule a trial ahead of the wedding day (it is an additional fee but worth it) and I had several calls with the team to make sure my look was everything I wanted. Definitely recommend if you are looking for hair/makeup in the Chicagoland area.
Sydney and Tequila were absolutely incredible to work with on my wedding day. Both are so talented and truly brought my wedding day inspiration to life with their artistry and attention to detail. A special shoutout to Sydney, who went above and beyond — she was so sweet and even stayed a bit longer to help me apply lotion to my legs when i was rushed for time. It was such an extra, thoughtful gesture, and both of them were simply lovely in every way!

Their Bougie Bride package is an all-inclusive beauty package so you don’t have to worry about makeup, hair, hair extensions, they take care of it ALL! I decided to do the bridal makeup and hair trial 3 months before wedding day and it was the best decision I could’ve made! We were able to openly communicate on what I wanted to look like on Wedding Day, we played around with lip colors and hair styles so that I felt confident that the look would be executed on the big day! AND EXECUTED IT WAS! I’ve never felt more beautiful! And as a bride of color, it was important to me that my beauty team understood the ins and outs of how to work with each and every complexion and hair type. I am personally a curly-hair girl and I knew it’s what I wanted on wedding day! It was perfect! Thank you to Nicki and her entire team! BRIDES, THIS IS YOUR TEAM, trust me!
During the first stages of wedding planning, I was having such a difficult time trying to find a bridal makeup team that caters to black and brown skin women. I am soooo happy that I found Nicki Rouge Bridal Team. From the very beginning, Nicki was extremely helpful throughout this whole process. The makeup team that did my bridal trial and wedding day look was so sweet! They made me feel like a princess on my wedding day, and I'm forever grateful!
Nicki Rouge Bridal Team showed up and showed out for my wedding in Chicago this past November. MAU Edwina beautifully embodied the make-up style for our fall wedding. The entire Nicki Rouge Bridal Team were professional and expertly applied make-up to my bride tribe and I, matching the diverse skin tones perfectly! I had a big wedding party with 7 sisters & 2 Moms and the team navigated challenges well like our getting ready room being opened late. They still managed to finish our make-up with minutes to spare! Would highly recommend!
