Nicole ran an informative and engaging workshop at our sales team conference, focused on stress, it’s impact on the body and how we can manage it in our professional and personal lives. The content was tailored to our needs and gave the team an opportunity to reflect and reset. The techniques and strategies Nicole taught us were accessible to beginner meditators and have helped with stress management during challenging times. Nicole’s research-based approach ensured that even those who began the workshop sceptical of the benefits of meditation, left with a greater understanding of its physiological and psychological benefits to the brain and body. I can honestly say that I loved the whole process of learning mantra meditation online.
