We were here for our son’s birthday party. Our host was amazing! I wish that when I booked they would have told us the laser tag doesn’t open until noon. We confirmed the reservation twice and that was the whole event and we booked too early of a party room. That could have been better. The arcade is WAY to expensive.
We had a great experience at No Surrender in Clovis! Nikki was so kind and welcoming — she greeted us warmly and took the time to explain all the specials. Her friendly attitude really made our visit even better. Highly recommend stopping by No surrender and asking for Nikki!
This is our first time here and it’s already so much fun! We got the $55 bundle which is unlimited play, unlimited laser tag and a $10 arcade card. My daughter is having a blast! Nicki was great at the register, super helpful being that it was our first time. She made it all very easy, we will definitely come back!
This is awesome. My Nephew’s five-year-old birthday was a blast. We had excellent friendly customer service from Ivan and Pan They made it well worth the money and we got all of our energy out and made great memories. Thank you.
Came here about an hour and a half before they were supposed to close. To our surprise, they already closed part of the arcade and there were two major attractions that were closed down. The staff seem eager to close an hour and a half early before they were supposed to. Not only that, but there were several big arcade games that were not working or out of commission. How are you supposed to keep teenagers and families entertained when you're closing early and I only do that a large amount of your equipment isn't working correctly. What a major disappointment!
