Had a great experience, we originally had a rooms but my groups was so large they were able to get us another 3rd room at the last minute which I greatly appreciate. We had over 40 guests (half adults and half kids) and our 2 hosts were really good. We had a little hiccup with a wait in pizza but recovered really quick after and ended up with extra pizza to take home. We were able to decorate the room about 15 minutes before the party began and the food was hot and fresh too! We ordered 2 packs of the boneless wings but they did not have enough but were able to swap the other pack into bone in wings which was great with me. The managers were constantly in and out which is very nice so they were able to help out with lots of things. We will defiantly be back!

Our experience was nice. Our hostess was diligent, responsive and attentive. The room was available at the scheduled time. All the staff was nice. The check in was smooth. The kids had a lot of fun. Our overall experience was great!

The team goes above and beyond to make our celebration here smooth and fun. The center also has a brand new setup to it which makes everything more suitable and safe for kids and parents. Definitely a fun spot to be at.

Kids had a blast for my son’s birthday party. Taylor at the front was very helpful in explaining the waivers, rules, and all that was included in the packages. Very kind, patient, had a warm greeting. Excellent customer service. The food was tasty and filling. Kids enjoyed endless fun!

I have been coming here for the last 5 years. I love this place so much. I have had 14 parties here. The customer service is of the best I have ever experienced. I have a son that has really bad autism and the staff are super accommodating. I come here so much they know me by name. For the first I came here they treated me like family. After 5 year the service has stay the same spectacular!!!! So if you want GREAT service, good food, and a good time this is the place. Just know you’re going to be there all day because your kids are not going to want to leave!!!!!! 😂
