This place is the best repair shop I've ever taken my cars to and I've been through a few over the years. First meeting/assessment with Kevin went smooth and they didn't waste my time. He was super professional and ordered the parts right away. Dropping off the car and getting the rental was quick and efficient. I got a bit lucky on that because I didn't have to wait for the shuttle as another customer was coming with me. Kevin stopped them from leaving so I didn't have to wait for another person to pick me up. The repair was done in the exact time that Kevin estimated and pickup was quick and efficient as well. The repair was completed beyond my expectations and was super happy to know that the tech appreciated my vehicle. I'm glad he took care of my baby Evo and several staff took the time to let me know how much they liked my car. I wasn't sure how I would be treated since my car isn't a luxury vehicle but that changed quickly. I will definitely be bringing all my cars to this location in the future as long as the service and quality of work remains the same. The detail at the end was just gravy on top. Thanks Kevin and all the staff at No 1 Collision. They definitely earned their name with this customer.
No.1 Collision did a fantastic job fixing my car. The damage assessment was done efficiently and I was booked in for repair three days later. They even helped me with the rental car situation so I basically had very little do except wait for the repair to be complete. They deal with ICBC and knew the ins and outs of that too My car was beautifully detailed when I received it back. Also I got an itemized listing of everything repaired on my car so I can show it to anyone if they want to know about the damage claim. I am very happy with my dealings with No1 Collision. My advisor Kevin especially was really kind and communicated well. Full marks to this company. !
Great Experience! Repairs on your car are never fun, but Kevin made the experience smooth and clear. Even with a challenge with insurance, he did everything he could to keep me informed and ensured the repair was smooth and as quick as possible. Very satisfied with the results! I would definitely recommend No. 1 Collision (Granville), and specifically Kevin for any repairs.
Kevin Chau and the team at No.1 Collision were amazing. The staff were friendly and professional and the repairs were done in a timely and efficient manner. Kevin arranged for my courtesy rental to be ready and aligned with my schedule, and he kept me updated regularly from start to finish. Much to my surprise, my vehicle came back fully detailed inside and out, and for that I am extremely appreciative!! I would highly recommend!
