I am so glad that I picked them for the engagement ring. As a guy who has no idea about engagement rings, they made picking and designing the engagement ring process so easy. It turned out to be absolutely gorgeous. My fiancé (SHE SAID YES) loved the ring! Absolutely would recommend if you want a personalized touch to your ring from a local artist.
I'm not sure if the other highly rated reviews are related to in-person service but online customer service is practically nonexistent. My partner ordered a Laurie Fleming ring through this jeweler which took 8 weeks to make (I knew that it would take this long--which is not the issue). However, when I received the ring there was an indentation in the ring. I emailed the jeweler as soon as I saw it. It initially took a while to hear back, which was very annoying because I wanted to hear back before I wore the ring. I sent pictures/video indicating the issue. They finally emailed back saying they will try to contact Laurie Fleming. I did not hear anything back for weeks. I sent a followup email and still didn't hear back. I called the store and the person answering the phone acted so nonchalant as if annoyed by the problem. They asked me to bring the ring in when I clearly let them know/indicated in the email that this is an online order shipped to Nashville,TN. Til this day 10/8 I still have not heard back and I received the ring the first week of august. You would think I am asking for instructions on how the gold was made. I do not recommend ordering from this site. Just order from the original jeweler. For a "small business", I think they would care about their customers/service but I guess not. I would not order from this site again. Good luck with hearing back.
My now fiance and I designed my engagement ring at No. 3, and now the proposal has happened and I have the final product. I am so unbelievably happy with how the ring turned out. Marcus did such a fantastic job helping to guide and advise us in this process. Neither my fiance nor I have a strong design sense, but our ring makes it look like we do 😁. It is stunning, high quality, and I can't stop staring at my hand. Thank you so much to No. 3 for providing such a special experience and ring to us, I highly recommend ❤️
asked my now-husband to choose the ring himself instead of me picking it out, and he did an incredible job! He proposed with the ring in the middle paired with an additional band, and I loved it so much that we decided to get a second band. I also chose his wedding band from the same designer, Jennie Kwon, at the same store, and we couldn’t be happier. All the jewelry is beautifully crafted and unique—I’m confident you’ll find something that fits your style, just like we did! 💕
