Had a great time buying a Ninja 400. Initially just came at NordCal because of an ad and what seemed like a great deal for the bike. It was a great customer experience. Freddie really put effort into understanding what I was looking for, my situation while keeping extremely professional. I could test the bike, talk about details and never felt pressed or awkward if I had doubts. 10/10 experience.
Nini, Freddie and team made my experience a 10 out of 10. The process to rent was super easy. The customer service was top notch and the bikes were great. The Harley Street Glide was a dream, well maintained and in excellent condition. The pre-ride information and advice was spot on and very helpful. I’ll be renting from this team again and I suggest you do the same
Highly recommend this business for your short or long term motorcycle rental needs! We arrived at SFO and acquired a very entertaining taxi ride for the super quick trip to pick up our bikes. Nini walked us through the whole slightly timely phone set-up part including paying for tolls. The bikes were out and ready for us and we were quickly on our adventure! Bikes were clean and very well maintained. We rode a little over 1k miles to Humboldt county and Trinity and back down to SF. Amazing riding and the bikes did as they should with no worries or issues. Would definitely use this company again. The only thing that left me feeling slightly bristled was the charge for insurance on the bike which was kinda significant. I understand they have to do this because it's a business, but it definitely doubled if not more the price of just renting the bikes. Overall a great experience, thanks Nini Freddie and Henry! Nini Henry and Freddie were super helpful and accommodating. I had one of the best adventure experiences I’ve had in my life thanks to this team and this shop. Would definitely rent from here again. They made sure the bike were inspected and up to par for someone flying in and taking off (on the bike that is)
Brought my bike in for maintenance and new tires. Freddie helped me find and order road 4 tires. Upon inspection a fork seal leak was detected and the staff repaired that and help cleaned the fluids off my calipers preventing a potential hazard. They also did extra by adjusting my clutch lever and chains. Was a great experience. Ty nor Cal cycles!
