Long story short. Brought my custom pc (white pc) in for black screen set up, technician ran a benchmark test, said it was an nice but, gpu is amd and rest is intel. Paid $90 for the service. I remember inserting my card into a card reader before I left. Brought new intel gpu and pc still was having the same problems. Went to another local pc repair, they told me my motherboard had bent pins and was bad. Replaced my motherboard and my pc is fine now.

DO NOT GO HERE! ESCPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A SMOKER! My husband and I took our pc to this man last time for a simple diagnostic all went well, he even stayed open late so we could pick up the pc, in which we leave him a 20 dollar tip as a thank you. This time was horrible, we brought him the tower, he grabbed it, slammed it onto another pc he was working on unplugged a few things we did not know what they were plugged into and then proceeded to say that we had to take it home and diagnose it ourselves because he doesn't like smoke smell. NEVER EVER have I, EVER had any establishment judge and refuse service because of a smoking habit. AFTER we said this would be in our review, he immediately tried turn it around. SCAM. Please save yourself the trouble. The disrespect, the mishandling of personal property and the deplorable customer service are all going to be apart of my phone call to the BBB. Pretty sure 99% of these reviews are bots or are fabricated. There is no way every single one is 5 stars, with absolutely no issues. Beware!

Came twice to have the guy look over my PC first time was alright he even stayed after he close gave him a 20 dollar tip as thanks, the second time was an absolute surprise when it comes to helping the public ill even say that most of these reviews are botted he not only swung my tower around but with out a second thought roughly places it on another pc he is working on unplug wires doesn't tell me what they are connected to then proceeds to tell me to go test it all myself because of smoke smell? He doesn't want it there because of the smell of smoke on me? I had wires get to hot in my tower which caused my white case to have visible markings but even after explaining I can't do it myself at home he continued to push me to do it I have a traumatic brain injury some things are harder for me than most think which is why I came to him but if this is how he treats people in public settings no wonder he chose a suite. Customer service is beyond atrocious and I have never been judged by any establishment for a smell as little as smoke, I was raised in a low income house that used a wood stove for heating so I wonder how he thinks of native americans. Going to be contacting better business bureau because discrimination against smoke odor is discrimination towards your customer and throwing around my personal property. Also a side note as soon as I uttered this would be included in my review did he turn coat and try to fix the situation he caused.

Wonderful experience with Tork. I had hoped he could rescue my files off of my laptop, but was fully prepared to have to purchase a new one. He was able to upgrade my hard drive and replace the battery and my old one is good as new! He had the computer diagnosed and ready for pick up in less than 24 hours!
