Having a Phase Linear 4000 pre-amp and a Phase Linear 700 power amp . .not many places togetthis stuff repaired. The place is supner professional and the the place is run makes me confident they will do a good job. We will see will most likely take 3 + months to get them back. The last place had them 2 and a half years and didn't finish. Anyway keeping my fingers crossed 🤞

I choose Norman Electronics with help with a Lowes warranty repair for a Samsung refrigerator ice maker that failed. Norman Electronics reached out to confirm a good time to come out to access the issue with the ice maker. James Oliver, was my tech. Professional and appreciate their promptnessxto fix my ice maker. After assessment, confirmed the part needed to replaced, placed the order. Part arrived in less than 5 days and they were out to my home in 2 days to install the new part. Communication was great from the repair company and ice is now flowing again from my Samsung refrigerator. Happy with the service and would recommend them again.

Years ago, I bought a Q8 Samsung 75" TV from Fry's. (NOT a cheap TV at the time). It's warranty and Fry's themselves long expired. A week ago the tv powered off never to return. Thinking/hoping it was power supply, I thought I'd get an estimate to repair. Googling said, based on symptoms, I had a shot at being correct. Norman's dispatched a tech who called and could actually arrive earlier than scheduled. That was perfect for my schedule and he arrived. Very friendly. As he removed the back of the unit, I described symptoms. After gaining access he did necessary diagnostics and determined that power supply was fine but the panel itself had indeed died. I knew immediately THAT was not practical to try to repair or replace. ( I had , in advance, done what research I could) My 6-ish year old samsung was dead. As stated, My Internet research had uncovered that indeed Samsung's could go DOA this way, so I was not that surprised. I have a much older 40" samsung flatscreen in bedroom that is still fine. Samsung apparently didn't make em like they used to.... If I do another big$$ tv it won't be a Samsung, likely a mid/upper tier mini-led Sony. OLED burn in scares me, altho it can be mitigated The tech, James, was empathetic, professional and we briefly discussed brand alternatives. I told him I was strongly considering Sony although we did discuss others as well. I am also thoroughly impressed with Norman's process of getting this looked at. The diagnostic fee was well worth it to know this TV, beloved as it was by me, needed to be put down. I was tempted to just forgo calling, but before I considered just going for another $$$ set it was important to know this one was not practical to resurrect. So Thanks for the swift analysis James, You're an honest, class act and that's rare to see these days.

I used Norman's Electronics for a warranty repair on my fridge. This was my 4th issue with the fridge, but the first time using Norman's. The technician, James, was able to diagnose the issue and and put in a order for parts. The warranty company could not get the parts in a timely manner, so I was able to get a new fridge! James was very helpful in the process.

Would not recommend. Came out as part of a warranty claim and the tech didn't completely fix the washer. A few days (3 days) later after their visit it went back to the same issue. Called the company to notify them and they said our claim is closed. Call and get another company to come out - money grab vs. resolving the issue.
