My husband and I have been seeing Dr Crosbie for over a decade and cannot speak more highly of the professionalism and care we have received from the front desk, to the hygienists, to Dr Crosbie. We are moving to UT and sending a big thank you for taking care of our oral hygiene for all of these years. Nothing but the best.
I’ve been a patient at North Dallas Dental Group since 2012, and I can confidently say it's the best dental practice in DFW! I love both dentists, the hygienists, and the front desk staff, especially Emilou, who always goes above and beyond. For exceptional care, this is the place to go. One recent story is I was 8 months pregnant and my tooth cracked at night, and they saw me the next morning! Talk about care and responsiveness.
I had an amazing experience with Dr. Owen for a comprehensive exam. He’s competent, young and innovative, thorough, patient, communicative, cooperative, and understanding. Very good staff as well. Elizabeth and Emilu (unsure of the name spelling) are very helpful. This practice has all the good qualities you want in a dental office. Highly recommend!
I can not say enough good things about this dental group. I see Dr. Crosbie and he is amazing, along with the entire staff that works with him. Always welcoming, kind and friendly. I had a major procedure that needed to be done that I lacked all of the funds, and I had to wait a couple of months. They were so accommodating and then the time came to get it done. Could not have gone better. Brayden was the one who went over and beyond to create my new front bridge. She truly loves what she does and enjoys creating the perfect ending; Like she was doing it on her own teeth. I was so very happy with her work and she was such a pleasure to be with. Thank you Brayden and the entire staff.
My daughter had a wonderful experience here! I would highly recommend this place to everyone. Dr. Owen was amazing, kind, and very gentle. He was also very informative and polite, taking the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. He greeted us with a warm smile and showed great hospitality throughout our visit. The hygienist, Victoria, was also very kind, gentle, and informative. She gave us great tips for cleaning teeth and keeping them healthy. We truly felt cared for by the entire team.
