Overall, great experience. Everyone was really nice and personable. Dr. Trupp took the time to explain everything well and listen to my concerns regarding my dog’s health. Highly recommend!
I love NSAH! They were really great towards my elderly dogs end of life care, so gentle and empathetic. Now I have a cat and they are just as great. Amazing customer service, very knowledgeable and not rushed during exams, really feels like everyone cares so much as if it’s their own pet. Couldn’t recommend more
I’ve been bringing our two dogs here for about 4 ? years now and love love love this place. I usually get Dr TRUPP but also have had the other Doctors ( and each tech ) - all are compassionate, knowledgeable and communicate well. Kindness is key here. I truly appreciate this Vet and Office!
I had a wonderful experience! ⭐ From my initial communication with Brittany, I was sure I chose the right Vet for my 9yr old Shih Tzu Evee (My Sunshine)!🐾 Brittany patiently answered my questions and sought feedback from a colleague to ensure she provided me with the correct information. Evee was able to see Dr. Brown the next day. 🐾 From the moment we walked in the door, we felt welcomed. Elizabeth greeted us with a smile. We were seen on schedule. Nayely was our amazing Vet Tech! ⭐ She listened to my concerns and asked the right questions to ensure she understood. Dr. Brown is wonderful and knowledgeable! ⭐ She truly cares about our babies! I felt relaxed speaking with Dr. Brown. She was patient with all my questions. I did not feel rushed. I felt heard.... 🐾 Dr. Brown presented a plan to perform labs to assess Evee's current health status. I was provided the costs prior to any tests. I appreciate the transparency! Dr. Brown called me the next day with great news about Evee's labs! 🐾 🐾 I highly recommend N. Scottsdale Animal Hospital for exceptional service and genuine care for your fur babies. The entire Team is amazing, professional, friendly and genuinely caring. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
We were so happy for the care and the love they showed our two boxer puppies. Very informative, took their time and reassured us about every step and process of what was going on.
