They were really kind and compassionate when I had to say goodbye to my boy. They have always been so great to deal with. My partner and I really appreciate their positive reinforcement and kind treatment of animals. They also seem to staff their clinic so there is always someone available in the case of an emergency. The team at NSVC were incredibly attentive and professional in dealing with my Pug. I was recommended to the centre for dental work by another local Vet and they were quick to investigate and tend to him, with basically no issues with recovery besides his horrible attitude. Just look at that toothless smile.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, and well set-up with cat-friendly and dog-friendly zones to reduce the stress on our furry friends. They take a very thorough medical and environmental history and provide useful information for improving things at home too. Wait times were minimal, and the entire place was spotlessly clean. Highly recommended.
