Novuu Medspa is the best! I was feeling run down and a little under the weather from the crazy holiday season and went to Novuu for an IV. Jess and Alex were so welcoming, and made me feel right at home. Jess is so knowledgeable and talked me through everything and Alex was so sweet to offer me a drink, snacks and a blanket while I was waiting for the IV to finish. Besides fabulous care, the medspa itself is so beautiful. I will definitely be back!
I had such a wonderful experience training and shadowing on neurotoxins with Jess. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and patient, and she makes you feel completely comfortable asking questions. I felt genuinely welcomed throughout the entire process and really appreciated all the hands-on training I received. I would highly recommend Jess to anyone looking for quality med spa training. I also want to give a shoutout to Alex! She has such a warm, positive presence and made me feel welcomed from the very start. Her supportive approach and generosity made the experience even more valuable. Both Jess and Alex made the training truly exceptional.
My partner and I went to a filler training with Jess & i truly cannot say enough good things! The environment she’s created here is so welcoming and cozy. I feel so much more confident in my injecting after taking her course, it is absolutely worth it! Jess and her team made us feel so comfortable the entire time:)
I had a fantastic experience at Novuu. The staff are friendly and polite. What a beautifully designed space. Very clean!!! Jess is super knowledgeable and gave me some great advice. My skin has never looked better. In my opinion this is the best medspa hands down! No competition in the area. Jess is the best!!!
Novuu Medspa is really a gem 💎 They treat you courteously and offer a wide range or services from wellness to aesthetics. I’m starting NAD+ treatments with them, that they administer through IV drips, and injection shots. I did this service on my birthday, and it gave me tons of energy to complete my day and then some! Jess and Alex are amazing and kind! I can’t get enough, and will definitely be back!
