Amy is the best! I come here and only here for service because they take good care of my metal baby. I know when I leave, everything will be in good working order, and I won’t have been jerked around like at the “perky young men” place.
I’ve worked in the tire industry, even managed a store for a short time, so I know what to look for and I have certain expectations. NTB did not disappoint. Ethan and Amy were extremely helpful and professional and I was very pleased with the job NTB did on my vehicle. I will definitely be back in the future.
Absolutely wonderful!!!! A++++++! I was able to schedule my brakes for a FREE break inspection and get a reasonable quote. The service was excellent. Staff was polite and knowledgeable. If I have any more issues, I'll definitely be coming back.
I have used NTB for as long as I can remember and recently I had all of my vehicles worked on, a brake job, some tires, state inspections, and oil changes. Hands down, this has been the best experience with any NTB locations that I have used. The manager and crew look invested and committed to doing a good job. Not to mention, they gave me a great deal I couldn't have found somewhere else. Highly recommend this location!
Very impressed with Bobby (Manager), Mario (Asst Mgr), Rob (state inspector) and Evan (technician), they were very helpful. They showed me the issues that needed to be taken care of and worked with me. They were patient and humble. I will recommend this shop location to anyone who wants great service and customer service!
