I can’t say enough good things about my dietician! She has helped me transform not only my eating habits, but also my relationship with food and my body image. Her guidance has made eating cleaner feel easy and sustainable, and she took the time to help me find the right diet that truly fits my personal needs and lifestyle. Rosemary is absolutely wonderful! She was incredibly comprehensive and thorough to find out my nutrition and eating habits in the beginning. Every week I learn something new from her, and it's been so helpful to discuss the feelings I have around my relationship with food. I feel that I've made some progress in working with Rosemary!
