I had a great experience getting service from Mentor Mechanical. Had a radiator leak for the heating coil unit for my apt and they came, gave a reasonable price, performed the job professionally and in a clean manner. I spoke to Mentor and he was prompt and made it a point to take care of the issue ASAP. He had dispatched Mikey and his crew and they were all stand up guys who never their craft well. They did the job really well and cleaned up equally as well. I would highly recommend using their services!
I contracted with Mentor to replace several water supply valves, which required water shut-off to my entire building. The team worked efficiently with my building superintendent to complete that task quickly and restore water supply within a very short time. After that, they installed a new kitchen faucet and two new toilets. All the work was completed neatly and to the highest professional level. If I need additional plumbing services, I will certainly contact Mentor again.
So we have been clients of this company for many years. They have always provided amazing service, are responsible and caring when in our apartment, and are very clean and courteous as well. But today they went over and above when we had a serious issue in our kitchen with a clog coming from the plumbing stack for our building. Not only did he repair the problem, but also met with the president of our board to talk about future repairs that need to be done so that other units in the building don’t have this happen to them as well.
