It’s difficult to put into words how incredible it was to work with Laura for our wedding. We met with Laura around 3 months before our wedding, and while we had most of our vendors selected we were overwhelmed with putting it all together. Laura was able to come in and sweep up the pieces we had and turn them into a wedding that was better than anything we could have dreamed of. During the planning process she was always available when we needed to consult, and her organizational systems were clear and very helpful. We left every meeting with Laura feeling a huge sense of relief and feeling so supported. She took over communication with our vendors as the date approached and seemed to know exactly what we wanted. Come wedding day, Laura made us feel so taken care of and supported. She was kind and warm to us and our families, and everyone had a clear understanding of what to do and where to be. She gave us pep talks throughout the day and was never far away from us. We also loved working with Karen, her assistant, who was so kind and always had a smile when we saw her. They are an incredible team. We were blown away with how beautiful the venue looked with all of the details Laura put together. Not a single detail was missed, and the night was better than anything we could have ever imagined. We will never forget how wonderful the wedding was and how incredible it was to work with Laura. Any couple would be lucky to get to work with her, and we feel so fortunate she was available to support us.
Laura is the most amazing wedding planner ever: kind, considerate, thoughtful, creative, full of beautiful energy. She made our wedding the best ever, the best imaginable! We would recommend her to anyone looking to put on a wedding - big or small, festive or poignant, whatever you need, she will make it happen, and it will blow your mind! Working with Laura was a 100% joy. She'll make sure that YOUR vision comes alive gloriously. She has great planning skills, her organization and ability to work with all vendors and negotiate with them is fantastic. She is also on site to help the day-of to make it all run smoothly! After learning about O Frabjous Day from attending a friend's wedding which Laura had expertly planned and coordinated, I hired Laura to help me with planning my own wedding, which had some unique and non-traditional elements which presented logistical challenges. On top of that, both our ceremony and reception venues were new to her as a wedding coordinator. She nailed it! She was a pleasure to work with, organized, detailed, and experienced, and took our feedback into account along the way. She made the planning process infinitely better than it would have been without her, and her day-of services meant I could actually enjoy my wedding as a guest of honor. Hire Laura, you won't regret it!
Laura was fabulous. We were planning a large wedding from the other side of the country, and she helped us host an epic, tailored and unique event that friends and family from all ages and many different backgrounds say was one the best they've been to. We played around with typical formats, and Laura made it happen. Laura brought a perfect mixture of clarity, calm, and cohesion to every things we did. She knew when to jump in and help steer the ship and when to let my husband and I come to a decision on our own. She was patient... and also told us when it was time to make a decision. She was cool under pressure, had meticulous attention to detail, and brought a creative flair that helped bring our visions to life. If you're considering her for your planner, you'd be silly not to. She's simply the best.
We had an amazing time working with Laura. Laura adjusted to our changing opinions and budgets, creating something that was perfect for us. Every meeting was organized and fun, as large decisions and small details came together and we were able to discuss concerns we had for the day. Laura thinks of everything, we felt totally at ease on the day as Laura and her assistant put everything in place and let us enjoy our day. We had the perfect wedding that fit all our odd idiosyncrasies, and there's no way we could have done it without Laura and O Frabjous Day. She is also nice enough to tailor the amount of assistance you might need, we thought we couldn't afford her services but found the right package for us. Wedding planning sounds so hard, creating a huge event while managing emotions, but Laura makes it look easy. Thank you Laura!
